Mo Farah Incident Airport
When I first read this I read the Guardian report and was outraged that Mo would be singled out as not being someone who could have a business class ticket because of being black. Though even if he were Mo the plumber and not Mo the Olympian it would be equally outrageous to assume a black man shouldn't have a business class ticket.
However the other news tells a very different story, including the sun who seem to have changed their tune a bit since I first saw their online headlines a couple of hours ago. I'd give the Guardian more credibility personally but I included both because I also think it's interesting how the same story can be told so differently by the two papers. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016...rom-rio-olymp/ The other side of the story: http://travel.aol.co.uk/2016/09/10/m...irline-worker/ |
it is a problem because any story can be spun to support a particular agenda. Unfortunately, it happens all the time

Hmmm what can we do to silence claims for Mo to be knighted?.....

If there are fifty bystanders watching an incident you'll have fifty different accounts of what happened.

Well you don't know but it sounds much more likely that they arrived late and were told to wait rather than 'the airline staff are racist'.I think if they did that every time a black person was in the queue they'd have been reported long ago.

the wifes account sounds sketchy
