Britney Spears' medical documents were leaked yesterday - and they seem to give the real reason behind her disturbing behaviour.

The notes suggest Brit has 'post-partum' depression, which is basically when a mother feels depressed after giving birth.

Docs at the Promises rehab clinic in Malibu seem to think she's using alcohol as a way of dealing with the depression.
