Do you like The Six Chair Challenge?

..

Shaun 11-09-2016 07:58 PM

Yes but not when they overrule it and go and bring back a total and complete irrelevance because the crowd love a boring, mediocre white male (Max Stone).

Amy Jade 11-09-2016 08:00 PM

Yes. I like seeing people given a seat and then having it taken off them, it's cruel but hilarious.

LukeB 11-09-2016 08:02 PM

The whole thing makes it so tense which I love :flutter:

mizzy25 11-09-2016 08:12 PM

cant stand it.

Cal. 11-09-2016 08:33 PM

No. It was good the first year but it's exaggerated beyond believe. Everyone in each category ends up getting a chair at some point until they swap them out and make them have a sing off for the seats and stuff it's ridiculous.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 11-09-2016 08:41 PM

No

Crimson Dynamo 11-09-2016 08:47 PM

Yes. Make them suffer. Fame *****s

Black Dagger 11-09-2016 09:08 PM

Yes. Apart from the crowd and their 'OFF OFF OFF' chants at people in chairs and worshipping bores like Max Stone who Simon feels he needs to bring back :idc:

joeysteele 11-09-2016 09:25 PM

No I hate it, it drives me mad, suggesting acts can be through and then chopping and changing them, the very worst part of X Factor for me this is now.

Withano 11-09-2016 09:30 PM

Very much so

_Tom_ 11-09-2016 09:42 PM

No. The crowd especially ruins it, chanting to bring back bores like Tom ****ing Bleasby.

supertv247 11-09-2016 09:46 PM

I love it. It's tense but brings out the best in people, and especially now we have room auditions and not arenas, it's going to be amazing seeing people perform on that stage with a crowd for the first time.

I don't think it's as cruel as people say. If you get a seat, you're stupid to think you're through to judges houses already and then have a breakdown when it's 'taken off you' by someone else.. That's not really the case, you're just a 'maybe' through until the end when they decide if you're in the final 6 or not.

Ross. 11-09-2016 09:47 PM

I shamelessly love it

Ross. 11-09-2016 09:47 PM

It was really boring last year though because of how long it dragged on

Babayaro. 11-09-2016 09:54 PM

I like the idea behind it but the audience can often ruin it

Jordan. 11-09-2016 09:58 PM

No it's predictable and pointless. I'd rather have the extra live shows.

Do you remember the crowd booing this girl for no reason :worry:

Natalie. 11-09-2016 10:03 PM

I want to say yes but the crowd ruin it

Amy Jade 11-09-2016 10:04 PM

Tom Bleasby came back in Six Chairs? I hate him

Omg we lost Cheryl Slayer Raign at this stage too didn't we?

Grimshaw rightfully sent him home but then gave into the crowd because they wouldn't stop booing his decision and brought him back. Then the blob went on to quit just before Judges' Houses :worry:

Amy Jade 12-09-2016 12:27 AM

Yuck. The crowds on most reality shows are dire.

Vicky. 12-09-2016 12:29 AM

Yes, but it is kinda cruel and I don't think the audience should have a say tbh

LaLaLand 12-09-2016 12:52 AM

No. You know exactly who's getting through beforehand because they haven't shown half of them, the ones that you've seen from room auditions advance... go figure.

Marsh. 12-09-2016 12:53 AM

Yes. It's good and added tension when the format was getting seriously stale.

Kind of ruined when you have a spineless judge who gives every act a seat so it's like musical chairs. Or they listen constantly to the teens in the audience.
