Omg I thought this was the same one as the charity run one! Shocking.

Damn I hope people are okay and it doesn't turn out to be on a huge scale like it did with Paris :(

This is what I thought, God knows how many more there are in such a huge city!

..there still doesn't seem to be much information coming out about this but no reported deaths though thankfully....one media is saying 29 injured atm and describing it as 'an intentional act'....

Surely it's terrorism.

Is it not that hard to say?

..I don't know though because it's being reported as there not being any credible threat by a terrorist group...so I think possibly not an accidental thing/rather, an arsonist, type thing..?...but not terrorism related though...

i would say it was a terrorist act, the who and why of it remain unclear though

of course it was a terrorist act. That doesn't mean it has to be ISIS or whover, but you don't plant and set off bombs without it being terrorism.

If it were terrorism it would be in the name of a cause wouldn't it?

i would say 2 bombs was an organised act. So, I will use my judgement. I would say there is no way of knowing it is not terrorism

An incident designed to cause terror - like a massive explosion - is terrorism, regardless of a cause. It could have been a lot worse, I'm glad it wasn't.

I would say that word is being used too often now to describe too broad a spectrum of incidents, it is associated more specifically with international terrorism by specific groups, so much so that the word has become synonymous with IS.
