Huge explosion in Budapest (multiple casualties reported)
 

A terror alert has been sounded in Budapest after a huge explosion rocked the centre of the city near a popular nightclub.

At least two people are believed to have been injured, but casualties are expected to rise.

Footage from the scene shows a queue of police cars rushing down the street with terrified revellers running in the other direction.

The blast is believed to have hit close to the Oktogon night club, which was packed with partygoers when it happened.
