He is "still trying to stay positive" but i fear it is denial and conflict avoidance

Yeah but maybe splitting up is the positive route if they were both so unhappy with their relationship?

I think with these things it's like trying to break a bad habit, when you're with someone for so long it's scary imagining trying to live without them even if you're miserable there, atleast he can see there's life after a break up when he sees you and the TL

Watched it last night

Horrendous crime and horrendous that those boys were charged on literally no evidence. It's scary how easily they can get convictions on pretty much just these dodgy confessions. Seems like a recurring factor in the last 3 cases we looked at, in all the cases the people who confessed were virtually kids and they all said the same thing, they were told confess and you get to go home, it's disgraceful really that they were allowed to get away with that type of integration on children. It's a shame that the woman lost her memory of that night, she could have put a stop to it straight away (well it's good for her that she couldn't remember but not those boys)

One thing that stuck out to me though which I found interesting and an odd look into the mind of the guy who actually did it was how he seemed to have so much empathy towards those boys and how he was so incensed that the cops etc didn't "do the right thing"........this coming from a man who was responsible for killing and brutalising women in such a violent way? Are they not real people also or what? weird.

ETA : Donald Trumps appearance in the Documentary too and this is the guy who could be running America soon :worry:

Did you ever watch this documentary about the Michael Peterson case? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soupçons

It was shown on the BBC's Storyville series. I thought it was a fascinating documentary. I haven't really watched any of the other true crime documentaries recently.

I haven't seen it, but everyone's talking about it. Is it only on Netflix?
