is it now more strictly come popularity

cause i thought it was called strictly come dancing, anyway Daisy is exactly for me what this show is supposed to be, someone learning how to dance, enjoying the whole experience

i really don't like how people could vote for Ed or Greg, rather than someone who really wants to improve as a dancer like Daisy or Laura, who both struggle with votes, with Laura i can understand she's irish, and the Irish can't vote, but with Daisy i can't understand it really, she's sweet, down to earth, a big strictly fan, lots of dedication to the dancing, doesn't want a showmance, she really loves Janette and Aljaz as a couple

all good things right, so please if you want to help me, i can't vote from the Netherlands, please vote for Daisy tomorrow after all couples have danced then the voting lines will open, otherwise you're vote won't count and you may still be charged :)

Little buddy, I don't watch this show and even if I did I can't vote as I'm in NZ. But I've seen your posts about Daisy and hope she stays in for you. I hate when you have a fave and they leave too early.

Nicky91 04-11-2016 08:27 AM

thank you Benjamin, any relatives in the uk who do watch strictly perhaps :), cause my friend Argy is from Greece, but he has relatives in the uk who really are big fans of Daisy, hopefully they will vote lots for her as well this week :)

Benjamin 04-11-2016 08:29 AM

Unfortunately I don't speak to them but I'm hopeful for you your fave survives.

Nicky91 04-11-2016 08:35 AM

i hope so, she has been in the dance off twice now, and she clearly hates that, but anyway she was enjoying training this week, with the viennese waltz to Daisy Bell, a lovely song from 1894, also a world war 1 song, fits the theme of the poppy's this week i think :)

Vanessa 04-11-2016 08:45 AM

This week we have a jive and an argentine Tango! Omg can Saturday hurry up already? I can't wait! :cheer2:

Jamelia was in the dance off many times, but still reached Blackpool. So there's still hope. Also, I think Peter should have been eliminated instead of her. Jamelia did better in the dance off and should have been saved. She was robbed :fist:

Ed has the quickstep, I think he will struggle. Rinder was not looking great in training, but could pull it off on the night. Greg had ballroom, so should do okay, but I don't see him improving and I don't like Natalie crying for sympathy votes :nono:

joeysteele 04-11-2016 08:50 AM

I think in many ways it is a good thing that the judges decide who stays, they do know the good dancers and will save Daisy in dance offs when she is really better than the other.

This is the case with her and it is a surprise to me that she is not getting the public votes enough.
I throw her votes and as i said she would be in my top 4 probably top 3, for me on her performances she warrants a final place so far.
My favourite pairing are A J and Claudia who I find awesome in all their routines, however Daisy and Aljaz also put a lot into their routines too.

Strictly can be odd at times but usually as it nears the end, it is dancing and not personalities that win through eventually so hopefully Daisy gets an easier ride from the public this week, taking that step nearer to the final.

yeah there is still hope, anyway Judge Rinder goes for a more serious dance, he looks quite okayish or near bad in training, not a very smooth quickstep from him i guess

Danny please a better jive than Ore's :fc:

and Daisy had really enjoyed this week's training, and still smiling despite being in the dance off twice, wow i admire that from her :)

but Aljaz being called the master twirler by Daisy, and she loves Janette and Aljaz as a couple, how cute :hee:

why, because she's got famous friends, she was there to support her friend Pixie Geldof, who she calls her sister :)

omg, she can't help that she got friends like Alexa or a Bob Geldof, who did write our band aid Christmas track, which i really like :)

sorry but Daisy is a very sweet, seems down to earth girl (quite surprising because i am normally not a fan of rich kids, Daisy is my one exception, and Pixie Geldof seems a nice girl as well, who had gone through a lot, her big sister peaches died of a drug overdose)

LT, please and believe me she inspires many children with her dancing, at least i read her twitter messages :), and many other models find her a inspiration with her cookbook of sweet but healthy foods for models :D

yeah, and, my point is she can choose her own friends, she can have her own life, and if she loves a glamorous lifestyle, well i don't care about that too much, i just find her a very sweet and lovely girl, and i find it shallow that people really don't vote for her dancing, just because of her rich kid status, which she doesn't even appear to me, she even lives in a normal house, unlike Louise Redknapp who lives in a very large mansion with her husband Jamie :)

MB. 04-11-2016 10:46 AM

Yeah you drag Louise Redknapp's house

well i really am starting to hate Strictly, it was my favourite show, but going for popularity, just hating these silly people voting like 100 times for Ed Balls and that Greg Rutherford, keeping them in is the reason our legends Tameka and Anastacia and Lesley got eliminated :(

and i fear for Daisy this week, i am getting a little desperate right now, vote vote for our queen :worry:

Mystic Mock 04-11-2016 06:17 PM

It's always been this way.

not fair anyway, Daisy is one of the best dancers, but she could be eliminated just because she isn't popular enough, the voting should go to who dances the best, not who is the most popular, or who could make the biggest fool out of himself (Ed) :(
