Craig Revel Horwood brands Daisy Lowe lazy
 

Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood has branded Daisy Lowe's performances "lazy".



The ever critical judge had plenty to say about the model, who has been in the dance off twice now.

While she avoided the bottom two in Sunday night's latest results show, Daisy still has plenty to work on according to Craig.

"Her body tends to be a little bit lazy, and she isn't as energetic as she needs to be. She can sometimes lack attack," he claimed.


Speaking to the Radio Times, Craig continued: "She also started by scoring a nine from Len in week one - unfortunately, there's only one way to go on the wheel of fortune, and that's down."

But it wasn't all negative from Craig who praised Daisy for being different from other models who have appeared on the show.

"I've learnt not to expect a lot from supermodels - we've had them on Strictly before and they've been horrendous," Craig remarked with his usual brutal honesty. "Some of them can't even walk, and to think that's all they do for a living!


"But Daisy has a lovely personality, is beautiful to watch, and seems to be able to take to any style, which is great.

"For some reason, though, the public just aren't voting for her."


Speaking to Chris Evans on BBC Radio 2's Breakfast Show last week, Craig's fellow judge Len Goodman suggested that Daisy was a victim of placing middle in the scoreboard.

"She is a terrific dancer, she has got a lovely personality and she's such a charming lovely person," Len said. "The only thing I can think of is that when people vote they see Daisy [and] she's in fourth place.

"She's in a good position, you think, 'Well, she's safe' and they vote for somebody down the line who they hope will come back.

"And then poor Daisy gets overlooked - that's the only thing I can imagine."

He claimed: "It's got nothing to do with her dancing."


omg Craig don't call Daisy lazy :nono:, she's working really hard in training, and yes of course she's different than other models, she shows passion for the dancing, while some other models tend to posing a lot, or are just stiff as a brick like Jerry Hall or a Jodie Kidd (who i also didn't like)


poor Daisy indeed, i find Ore lazy to be honest, after his so called amazing jive, really overrated jive he did, now he's showing really no great dancing anymore, not fair at all :(

Well if its any consolation i voted for her :dance:

He did balance out the negative comments Nicky :unsure:

okay Daisy got 2 famous parents, but that's no advantage for her, it's more like pressure when your mother is a fashion designer, and i think she has proved herself to be a great model, promoting outfits for very expensive brands, like Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld and Louis Vuitton


and yes she has worked hard to achieve that, with photoshoots, lots of catwalk training, and she also has her own cookbook, and soon another role in a movie :)

yeah i know, worst model on strictly ever for me is Jerry Hall, omg i really couldn't stand her with Anton :hehe:

obviously Craig hates her and thinks she is a typical lazy model type

yeah well i think Craig is just plain rude, i really hate him, he's my least favourite Judge :mad:

So do i , constructive criticism is fine but he insults people , he has a very venomous tongue.

yeah, and his 3's and 2's and 4's are just awful, they are not professional dancers, but celebrities who want to learn how to dance, and those low marks are really not helping you mentally :(
