To wipe your poopshoot after taking a dump?Which is best?
I would say sitting because it would be harder to get properly clean whilst standing imo.
People do both.
It would be interesting to know a percentage on both.

Well if you were to stand you'd be closing up on the bit you're trying to wipe.

Whereas sat down you can get a better angle as your cheeks naturally open when you're in a seated position. :hee:

If you stand up you just spread them

Surely sitting is the best way of doing it. And you can always use the little shower thing beside to be sure.

Sadly most UK toilets don't have those anymore

They don't have those in the US. There's too many instances of Americans jumping up and screaming when trying toilets in Japan. :laugh:

I carry "personal care" related stuff like that with me in the US, because you can't ever depend on public bathrooms to have everything you need (for example, no hot water). I also don't want to be that person who doesn't put enough skills points into their ButtWiping skill.

Just done a bit of bidet research and I see that in Calderyon's country lots of toilets have these next to them, very interesting

To wash, to help disinfect your hands silly :laugh: For those public toilets who are spendthrifts on their soap and buy the watered down cheap ones

Yeah, nowadays every toilet that i have been here have a bideé next to the them. It´s very useful, i might say.

Sitting down just feels awkward and gross :worry:

In the US this would become a shower for the homeless or be used for drinking water more than used for it's intended purpose. The first being a real deterrent for businesses installing them. It would end up in higher water bills/usage (since we double our bills in some areas for high usage) so it wouldn't really be economical. Not to mention all the other weird "accidents" that would occur due to people not really being wise to their usage method. :laugh:

The other issue is, the frequent droughts here and water shortages as most Americans are far from conservative about utility usage in their home and are laborious about watering their lawns. Having this in a public restroom to be used/abuse by the general public would only exacerbate the water shortages and no doubt, they would have to shut them off during droughts.

I actually think this is very useful, but not sure how I would go about using it without getting water all over the place. I am used to the bidets that are installed within the toilet itself and accessible by a button. Women carry fishbowls with them everywhere, so practically speaking we can fit all this utility in our purse... for the most part :laugh:
