Their fourth studio record is on course for the top spot after shifting an incredible 43,000 copies in a single day.

The mammoth sales are even more impressive considering Olly Murs sold 58,000 in seven days to land his fourth No.1 on Friday and Robbie Williams sold 67,000 the week before.

If Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock carry on selling at this rate they could easily be certified Gold on Friday by moving over 100,000 copies.

US heavy metal gods Metallica are about 10,000 copies behind them at No.2.

Zayn stays making them relevant.

They seem to be selling more than Zayn in the uk, so don't see how thats possible:shrug:

Both their albums this year seem to both be in the biggest 12 albums sold this year, Zayn's isn't even in the top 40, despite having many more months of sales than LM's previous album /;

Little Mix seem to have done better than all the boys attempts at going single here, they really should have stayed together, I hope LM don't make the mistake of splitting up to soon.

Little Mix won't split anytime soon I hope, I think they're much closer than 1D ever were.
