TLC confirm line up for Celebrity Fat Fighters

If you're dreading the post-Christmas feeling of needing to shed all the weight you've put on from (at least) two weeks of festive food then we might have just the thing.

In January, channel TLC will air Celebrity Fat Fighters – a three part series that will see seven famous faces try and turn flab into abs.

The contestants: The X Factor alumni Stevi Ritchie, Big Brother's Lateysha Grace, Goggglebox's Sandi Bogle, The Only Way is Essex's James 'Diags' Bennewith, actress Jennifer Ellison, EastEnders' Riley Carter Millington (Kyle Slater) and comedian Danny Miles.

How are they going to do this? Well, they're going to be living off just 400 calories a day and over eight hours of unconventional, but intense, training.

Putting them through the ringer will be Galia Grainger, a famous Russian lifestyle coach with unorthodox methods and a no nonsense attitude.

Thats what it takes to lose weight, this is why people stay fat, because they dont understand what they actually have to do to lose weight.

400 calories is nothing though, you need energy to do all that exercising

If you were a trainer you would be recommending protein rather than sweet fruits

No this isnt about putting on muscle this is about getting rid of their disgusting guts. A simple organic compound is ideal, and will go some way to satisfying their sweet tooths.

Ross. 21-11-2016 04:11 PM

NOT Kyle from EastEnders

Pete. 21-11-2016 04:14 PM

A lineup :clap1:

People stay fat because they give up because 400 calories a day is not healthy and they either feel ill or lose the will power.

Mainintaining a balanced diet and exercising regularly is healthier than crash dieting.

Babayaro. 21-11-2016 06:45 PM

Exactly, you can't function properly on 400 calories

It's a shame I wasn't asked.

I'm becoming a real big fatty.
