It's always grated on me how some LGBT people can be so bigoted and hateful. My sexuality has given me a lot of empathy for the struggles of other minority groups and I just struggle to understand how a gay person like this guy can honestly go after another group like he has when he should be able to identify with their struggles.

No, I missed that, but I have read enough about him to form the opinion that he is a self-serving twat who is using deliberate controversy to gain publicity and make himself rich.

I do not think that he actually really believes half of what he is saying, which is the worst type of hypocrisy in my book, and probably the reason why - as you say - he does not remember half of what he says.

meh I think unless someone is inciting violence they shouldn't be banned from speaking at schools, a place where different opinions and views should be encouraged. The ban is silly imo.
