Cheryl is pregnant with first child

Quote:

Cheryl has told her close friends and family that she is expecting her first child.

The former Girls Aloud singer was spotted with boyfriend Liam Payne last night showing off a bump as they attended the Fayre of St James Christmas Carol Concert.

After social media went into meltdown over the news, a source has revealed that while the star's family have been told about the news, she has "no plans" to announce it publicly.

“Cheryl has told close friends and family the very exciting news that she is expecting her first child," said an insider.

“She is absolutely ecstatic. It’s something she has been trying for for years."

“She doesn’t want to speak publicly about it for a number of reasons, particularly due to some of the battles she has gone through in her personal life in recent years.

“The fact is she has wanted a child desperately for so long and at one point it looked like it would never come," the source added to The Sun.

Cheryl stunned last night, looking as glamorous as ever in khaki dress clinging to her figure while she left her black coat unfastened, putting her bump on display.

Cheryl - who has kept her figure hidden at some recent events - didn't shy away from pictures at the star-studded bash, which was raising money for Cheryl's Trust.

Imagine having a baby with someone who used to be a baby themselves... and you did too. :omgno:

Congrats to them but I do honestly find their relationship slightly weird...she literally knew him when he was about 14 on the X Factor and she was gushing over him saying how cute he was

Good luck to them though

He's grown up a lot since then, I don't really see what difference it makes when she first met him. There's only 10yrs between them which is a perfectly acceptable age difference.

It's purely because ahe knew him at 14 and made comments about hwo cute he was. I don't rhink a 10 year age gap is a bad thing but I do find it odd if somebody ends up in a relationship with somebody they met when they were 24 and the other half 14

I find the whole situation a little weird tbh, dating and having a child with someone who was only 14 when you were 24 the first time you met, that to me is just odd and I'm sure more people would find it odd if the gender roles were reversed.

It would be weird if Liam was still a child but he's 23 now, she's pretty much seen him grow up but imo that isn't an issue at all.

I can't deny it feels weird (just for the fact they met the way they met), but she looks happy and healthy - which says a lot. Good luck for both of them.

There is age gap, she is pregnant, it won't last so who really cares.

Black Dagger 01-12-2016 12:13 PM

Fail to see what's creepy when they are both consenting adults. 10 year age gap is hardly shocking for society to come to terms with!

It's not the gap, it's just odd I think because we all saw them meet on a TV show when he was a kid but there's nothing actually wrong with it now

Saph 01-12-2016 01:06 PM
