Basically i was chatting to this hot Ghanaian guy all night on Facebook then he asked me to video call yet his video is just this? so is it a scam to like get my nudes or something?

Yeah I heard about that too, it's become quite a big thing recently and I wouldn't be surprised if it's growing. Got to be very careful (ie. don't cam with people you don't know unless you're happy for the world to see it)
