Okay so this is a show that has been around for over a year now but not many people know about. It airs on The CW in the US and all episodes are available on Netflix. It's so good, it's a romantic-comedy-musical starring Rachel Bloom (who won a Golden Globe) and essentially follows her character, Rebecca Bunch, as she moves to West Covina, California after finding out her childhood crush Josh Chan lives there.

It's so, so, so good and is acclaimed on Rotten Tomatoes

She's got mental health problems so the title is a play on her mental state rather than being a "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend"

but they dated at summer camp which was like a week

By mental health problems I mean OCD/depression/anxiety

I don't know if I can commit to a show with such a complicated premise. :think:

I watch this and at first I wasn't sure but love the musical numbers and I agree Paula is my fave character. I think s1 is better but s2 is good as well

The musical aspect isn't too overpowering, there's normally only 3-4 songs and they tell the story quite well

They're normally dream sequences so they don't normally just burst into song

Started this last night, only seen one episode but already obsessed

Spoiler: the rest of it is really bloody good too

I'm still waiting on the next season :bawling:
