any decent relationship is a partnership, some men enjoy having a meal cooked for them and some women enjoy cooking for their man, also some men like cooking for their woman.
Some women and some men don't want to cook at all.

I agree but demanding a woman cook because she's the woman or having it as one of your relationship conditions comes across quite old fashioned and sexist tbh.
