STRICTLY Come Dancing star James Jordan has denied he has been asked to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house in January.

The Channel 5 series is returning soon with a new All Stars vs New Stars special.

James, previously starred in the series in 2014 alongside Kellie Maloney, George Gilbey and Stephanie Pratt.

His outspoken behaviour led to him being one of the most controversial housemates ever, and now he’s rumoured to be back.

But speaking exclusively to OK! Online at The Military Awards 2016, James confessed he hadn’t even been asked to enter the house.

James was one of the first names rumoured to be heading back on the show, with other names including Nicola McLean, Jedward, Danielle Armstrong and Lee Ryan.

The dancer has now confirmed he wasn’t asked to join the line-up, but said he wanted to.

He told us: “I’ve heard these rumours, but I haven’t had the phone call yet.

“But I would, if they asked me. I loved it the first time, but I haven’t been asked. Can you maybe pull a few strings?”

Lets hope he hasn't - he was a dreadful housemate the first time round.
