Even the whole build up I loved this year.

My Mum returned to the Christmas dinner tradition after two years with my step sister, we played board games instead of sitting around for the first time in years and I got lovely gifts and the gifts I gave to others were well received also <3

Only downer was another of my LGBT heroes dying.

If I had remembered to play Heads Up! then it would have been a 10 for sure.

:(

Was brill, my 4th dry crimbo :) my daughter is here and her partner, she cooked the food to perfection, my son was more social than usual we had a cuddle while we watched the Snowman together as we have for the last 19yrs and my mother came for dinner...and then went home :) working tonight then off for another 4 days :D

Wonderful!

A solid 7.5 I loved it but I felt bad that I was missing Christmas with my nieces and nephews in Ireland, it's only my second Christmas away, so it takes getting used to. :)

Was a great day, I was spoiled rotten plus all my family and friends loved everything we bought them.

On a down side I always miss my family members that are no longer with us so much more at Christmas and other special occasions it's like you're more aware of them not being there.

Jay28jay2 26-12-2016 10:18 AM

It was nice but I didn't see my dad for the first time on a christmas day which made it feel like something wasnt right so i put 7

It was my niece's first Christmas this year so it was always going to be a special one. We all brought her presents and we put them in a pile on her playing mat and she's at that stage now where she's beginning to crawl and she was crawling towards the pile and reaching her hands to which present she wanted to open.

I always love the build-up to Christmas and it heightens my enjoyment for the holiday even more. And this year's was great.

I didn't get much in the way of presents this year and that's fine, I'm grateful for what I got. It was great to have my cousin back for Christmas for the first time in 5 years too but my other cousin and my sister weren't here so there was always that feeling something was missing. We did have a hilarious time though despite this and the dinner was delicious. Definitely still one of the best Christmases I've had.

Roll on Christmas 2017!

9 first time at the TLs with the brats and dogs and it was perfect

6. Out of the last three Christmasses I preferred 2014/15 build up/actual day much more to this year.

Daniel-X 26-12-2016 11:39 AM

Last years was BRILL

caprimint 26-12-2016 03:09 PM

8, it was pretty good. I think I enjoyed last year overall more even though we had more family over this year and it was more so like the 'general' Christmas tradition. Great food/drink and super happy with all of my presents and I spoke to my friend for a couple of hours in the evening which was nice.

Firewire 26-12-2016 03:12 PM

About a 7. Pretty average really, nothing too exciting happened but had some great gifts and a lovely meal.

jennyjuniper 26-12-2016 04:12 PM

It would have been higher if I could have had a Christmas in England, but it was nice.

Withano 26-12-2016 04:24 PM

Got tired towards the end, so 9

Lovely early Christmas when daughter was home.
Spent the actual Xmas day in bed until 4 o'clock, then didn't get out of bed until 2.45 today, thank heavens for painkillers.
Christmas is very low key this year as we have a sister and sister in law barely hanging on to life.

Jake. 26-12-2016 11:27 PM

5? morning was ok, mum loved her presents and I loved mine, dinner was fantastic but after 5-6 it was a bit ****

Gusto Brunt 27-12-2016 08:42 AM

5/10. But it gets better after Christmas Day. :)

Calderyon 27-12-2016 11:23 AM

Between 5 and 7.

Beastie 27-12-2016 01:19 PM

A good 8. Was nice to experience Xmas Day in Australia as oppose to England for the last 27 years. Was nice to have a change and spend Xmas Day mostly on the beach :D Was bloody roasting I tell ya!

waterhog 27-12-2016 04:50 PM

I voted zero and this is all due to the man we lost on this day. just can not stop thinking about it and I am so sad. worst Christmas ever.
