I mean, at least its logical unlike most of their twists. Think we're all used to bb rewarding the ones that lose the tasks for no good reason except TWIST THAT WILL ROCK THE HOUSE.

As they have been edited out surely they should not be nominated either. Edited out I presume means not taking part in house activities or eating meals set for others etc, so it would make sense for them not to be nominated. In fact I would have thought they would have being the ones to nominate based on their observations as edited out HMs.

I am sure Rylan hinted at a twist on the twist.
