She reads almost like Spencer. How weird.

Cherie 10-01-2017 08:47 PM

Shut up :fist:

Amy Jade 10-01-2017 08:50 PM

Yeah, she had to drop out of FIDM on The Hills because she was struggling keeping up with the work because of her dyslexia

I'm not taking the piss i just think it's weird how they both read like that.Did they both go to the same school?

UserSince2005 10-01-2017 08:56 PM

They just *******, not dyslexic

ThatsMyUserName 11-01-2017 12:21 AM

I thought it was them deliberately reading in such as way to try and not give anything away as to whether the tweet was made up or not.

jennyjuniper 11-01-2017 06:34 AM

I don't know if either or both are dyslexic, but judging by their conversations on various programmes that they have appeared in, they are just not well educated. They seem too wrapped up in themselves to focus on books and anything that doesn't involæve themselves.

caprimint 11-01-2017 08:28 AM

I found this weird too  She said "one day" instead of "day one" as well in her speech. Makes me think their entire personas are a complete act.

chuff me dizzy 11-01-2017 02:14 PM

I used to help out in junior school ,helping the little ones to read ...Spiedi brought back memories of those days :joker:

They have been in Marriage Bootcamp. The Hills (where they met I think) and the US version of I'm A Celebrity, which was quite funny as they assumed that they would only be filming in the jungle during the day and going to a hotel to sleep in at night.

Im not buying the whole dyslexic crap. If they where dyslexic they would surely have something in their contract to exonerate them from reading tasks. Speidi are never gonna miss a trick like that.

My impression was that they where ramping it up somewhat for their own aims because although they struggled with the reading task, they kept the same speed throughout the script and dyslexics would have struggled with certain words, especially the big words, they didnt, they just kept on slow and methodical trying to sucker some sympathy for a fake condition.

Everyone knows they are not college material, but blaming a medical condition for something they themselves have control over, is pretty disgusting.

Ermmm as somebody who suffers from dyslexia we don't all just struggle with big words and get told we are dyslexic. I used to struggle a lot expressing sentences in an orderly fashion, so for instance, if I was reading out loud I would get words the wrong way round and get the structure incorrect.

Also i'm sorry but I find it laughable somebody who used to help read with kids think they have the manopoly on who is and isnt dyslexic just from being told what to look for. You simply know the signs just like most parents do when a child reads that doesn't make you an expert.

There was an episode of the Hills when Spencer admitted he struggled with big words but thats down to the fact that he dropped out of school very early to embark upon a life of Hustle (his words not mine) He sees himself as a modern day Entrepreneur and Grifter. For those that dont know what a grifter is, we call it a confidence trickster, or CONMAN for short.
