I personally believe he had toothache because of some of the footage from the final ep he was in (he was covering the lower half of his face, and he looked pretty doped up on painkillers tbh)... BUT I also think he wanted to leave to see and dentist and come back to finish the show (and get his full fee), as several housemates have done in the past with going out for medical attention, but they used it as an excuse to get rid of him to save themselves money because he hasn't been worth what they were paying.
