Is there anyone here who actaully watched Castaway? Because there hasn't been an "official" thread for those of you who like it. So this is the place. The place to chat, discuss and let in all the latest news, gossip and info about Britain's original Reality TV show! :colour:

It is bad. I turned it on once for like 2 minutes and got bored.

I've never really bothered with it personally because I heard bad reviews!

Yeahh. And the "last 24 hours" show on BBC3 gets like 99,000. Which is pretty bad.

I guess the reviews I’ve heard from my friends then aren’t so good!

Its just undescribably terrible. I nearly physically died watching the first episode.

Possibly one of the worst TV shows ever.

I guess it's just not our thing.

Here are all the ratings I got from Castaway 2007 so far:

09.03.07 - 4.1 million (19% Share)
11.03.07 - 2.9 million (11% Share)
18.03.07 - 2.4 million (10% Share)
25.03.07 - 2.1 million (9% Share)

BBC Three's "The Last 24 Hours" show only gets 500,000 viewers when its on, which is very low for the channel. But, from April 11th, it will be shown three times a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 7pm, which is bad because it is up against soaps.

The Simple Life is poo and Paris is such a t!t. :dance2:

On a more friendly note....

I love Castaway. It's really good. The people on it are better than people you'd see on Big Brother. There are actually interesting people on it. I'm loving it. :cheer2:

Chrizzle, Mark... insult it again and Mariah and Paris will get it. :cheer: Ash... stop listening to reviews and watch it, or else. :cheer:

But as i said, it's a lot more interesting than Big Brother.

I watched one episode, thought it was ok but im not bothered if i dont watch it again. I remember watching the series in 2000 but this series isnt as good. Its all about 'Shipwrecked' now :bigsmile:
