If Kim was intentionally trying to suggest that Spencer literally spat on her, she was in the wrong in that part.
Speidi were in the wrong for the later argument, Spencer was quite obviously insulting her (conveniently just as she walked over).

Speidi, Spencer was actually complimenting her when she started going off, she may have just heard 'even Kim' but he was paying her a compliment about how she's survived in there because it's hard, but the woman being the lunatic she is, decided to kick off about comments she hadn't heard.. the drink probably didn't help, but to lie about someone spitting on you, that's bang out of order, she's trying to ruin people's images to help herself to the win.

The later fiasco with the door and everything, it was incredibly childish, but in the end Big Brother came with the facts and technically Speidi were right.

James had heard it right though, as he said he thought Spencer was complimenting her. He just didn't hear whatever Kims version of it all was...as it didn't happen :D

But growling in her face and making out he was going to spit(if he didn't actually spit)while she was laid in bed should have got a warning
