I just went on Bianca's twitter and scrolled down a bit, there's about 10 RTs from celebs (mostly TOWIE/GS types) promoting her numbers, and all of the tweets are phrased EXACTLY THE SAME! Could explain why she topped the vote?

This happened last CBB too, ploads of EOTB people all posting the same tweets. They get paid to do it as you suspect.
