I have only been emotionally moved 2 times watching bb before last night.
 

Once was way back in bb4 when cameron won because he had me enthralled from the first night after seeing him pop an apple on his head. The night he was crowned bb winner i shed a tear of joy.

The last time was when hughie had his first outburst at big brother for being the one called into the diary room, the frustration in his voice as he shouted "why is it always me" showed me how it must feel to be traveller and the persecutions that go with it.

Last night with the passion and the emotion in the voice of john and edward as they stood in the dock brought tears streaming down my face as i watched them stand up to everyone in that room. Never lying and being straight and concise it was just epic for me, an all time top three moment with the other 2 i have mentioned here.

It will live with me for a long time.

Now you can all point and laugh if you want or call me a mug for being fooled by jedward or say cameron was boring and hughie a drama queen!

Do what you like its water of a ducks back and i am going to work with a ready break type glow snuggling me from the outside in, so thank you jedward. Thank you for growing up.

I really loved they did,what I am glad about is how they appear to have won public support,from the more fair public that is.

Even on here,a good number who neat hated them last time have come round to them.
Only those who wouldn't like them ever left to get at them.
Which is their right to do of course.
Thankfully they seem at last the minority as to viewers voting.

I was impressed with them in the courtroom task, they stood their ground really well.

I took a slightly different view of it. What you saw moved you, what i saw was a child like action, similar to one petulant children use in the supermarket when mummy wont buy their favourite chocolate biscuits and they resort to the foot stamp and the screaming. Granted he didnt swear, but his accusations were cleverly pointed towards the ''Poor us'' scenario. Next we will hear they have been bullied.

Every action gets a re action and what they are getting back is a couple of weeks worth of peoples frustration after being constantly bombarded with childish pranks and juvenile stunts aimed at camera time. Please dont forget that most of the anger in there against them is because they are hogging the camera time and these Z listers they are in with are a sorry bunch and some of them, especially Nicola, want the camera on them all the time.

Its turned into a war of attrition and Jedward are loosing it because they are being scolded, something they have never endured before. They are so used to being surrounded by yes men and people that continually laugh at their antics. Now they are in the real world, they cant understand how people have the audacity to challenge them.

They are trying very hard to do 3 things and its beginning to work. Firstly they want to win to resurect a flagging career, secondly they need to get the sympathy vote and thirdly they need to reduce the camera time on the others by keeping it on them. They are playing a great game and it might work but when you strip it all back, they are still 2 talentless childish adults pretending to be funny and failing badly. (in my eyes)

It was a really great moment :clap1: and it's nice that you were touched by it, it's one of the best things about the show that it can have that kind of impact sometimes.

Great post parmnion, they're very real, you can tell with their reactions to things and how frustrated they are that people aren't listening to them or treating with respect. I'm really happy for them and hope they can go all the way:wavey:
