The metro paper reports that in this years BB8 "there will be no weirdos, and BB is going for a calmer house of 'Normal' people".

They say that they want to make it more "family friendly".

I'm guessing they're trying to reduce the number of freaky/weird people, like most were in BB7. Sometimes it's nice to see REAL reality TV, actual real stuff rather than being tweaked here and there, and relations between normal people. Perhaps a mix of strange and normal people? Likely to be more clashes, more fun, and generally hopefully more enjoyable to watch.

Jade - you were solely responsible for the selection of Big Brother 4's no-mark non-entities and near destruction of the franchise, and you are once again responsible for the reported selection of no-mark non-entity excitement-free housemates for BB8... 10-13 weeks of excruciating paint-dry housemates bringing "lots of giggles" and "pleasant team work".

This is craZY Why do they want a calm house?!! That will not make good entertainment at all. oh i hope they dont give us aload of boring snoozer loozers like Snoozie Susie.:mad:

Well, not really. It might be making it more like BB1 or BB2, which would be great. It sounds like a good move to me.

i thought the producers were trying to keep it "normal and calm" this year. so if there going to do that swop with australier hows that keeping it calm! mind you they also said 13 weeks was the absolute max - while now its suspected 15. they've changed there story a few times - so i doubt there going to give us a whole lot of boring housemates!?? maybe the producers are trying to trick us - who knows what they've got up there sleve...
