I am off to see the Dream Girls!

Hello forum,

My eldest has surprised me and my wife with two tickets to see Dream Girls the theatre show on West End in the savoy theatre in London. We haven't seen a show in years so we are over the moon! It was a joint present for both our birthdays.

We love the music of motown - especially Diana Ross and the supremes. There is Amber Riley starring in it - the judge off Gary Barlow's new show .

I'm so excited and thought I'd share the news! We will be heading to London tomorrow and be away until Sunday as we are making it a mini trip. Staying in Victoria.

Is anyone else seeing any shows? Or do you have any past stories of going to see a show?

R.

I saw it and it was amazing! If you like motown songs you should see Motown, the musical. Its full of wonderful music. Next week I'm going to see An Inspector Calls, I love thrillers!

What a fab gift for you and your wife. I love to go see musical theatre. I've seen phantom of the opera 4 times and blood brothers 3 times!! Never tire of those shows. I've also seen Cats, Rocky Horror Show, Chicago and thoroughly enjoyed ever show apart from Cats. I didn't enjoy Cats because I took someones place as they were were ill and the tickets were up in the Gods and I was going dizzy having panic attacks with being so high LOL. I'd love to see Jersey Boys, but then again, I'd love to see them all. Enjoy your show and let us know when you've been.
