CBB9 just edges it for me even though I like her in both. Neither incarnation is perfect though and she got a little too vile in CBB19 for me to enjoy her enough as the villain

As Daniel said, I didn't feel anything for her on CBB9, whereas on CBB19 she was brilliant.
