as normal in bed flicking
after grinding to the bone
metro is my only paper sticking
catching my eye was story on phone.

I quite agree. Always find it sad when I see parents ignoring their young children in preference for their phones.

I totally agree with this. I saw a young mother recently with her child in a pushchair facing the mother and she was checking her mobile, oblivious to the fact that her child was trying to get her attention.
