breaking news - waitrose to end free coffee OMG ?

free coffee - waitrose - holloway 22.03.17

biased you will agree
out of me its oozing
never tasted a free coffee
but can not watch any JL bruising.
the rules are changing
its not red nor totally green
the response is deranging
wafting is anger not the bean.
lets dissect
take it from each side
for paying customers of course its correct
is there any compassion for a free ride.
please have your say
open is my mind even if critical
have you ever experienced holloway
on the entrance is why i am not cynical.
am i pot and kettle
or is this so clever with skill
if near me 'elite' will settle
i am free advertising for mr dunhil.
consume and coffee you will taste
it smells fair from my nose
and when in the village i paste
go down highgate hill and follow on to waitrose.

We ended free coffees ages ago, best thing the company has ever done, I ****ing hated playing tea lady :idc:.

And also, 90% of the people who wanted coffee were junkies and on three separate occasions the whole bag of sugar got stolen. A 2/3 full 50p bag of sugar ffs.

Though I bet Waitrose doesn't have THAT problem :joker:.

No.You just show your card at the customer service desk and they give you a cardboard cup to go to the machine.
It's not that posh in Waitrose though. You still get the usual scruffy feckers going in.

I get my free coffee at Waitrose most mornings and this morning the cashier warned me that from April, they will only give out coffee to people who have purchased something.

Hog
of course it has to End

Our Waitrose still does it at the moment but it does get abused by schoolkids, students and freeloaders, so I can see why they want to scrap it

Seem the idea that people would come in and buy something backfired on them, everyone loves a freebie

When I was at school the college we went to had a free vending machine, people would get drinks and waste them, so they started charging 2p ... There you go Waitrose problem solved.

Lovely free coffee at the Nuffield.
Hubby was waiting for a little plastic cup to drop, then after the coffee started flowing he realised it was a cup and saucer job:joker:
