Things you love about summer
 

The weather going crap again has dampened my spirits so i need this thread to make me feel better!

What things do you love about the summer?

Driving home from work and it's still bright outside

I love beer gardens and wearing t shirts and shorts. R.

Walking without a coat and wearing shorts.

BBQs and eating outside

Sitting under the gazebo listening to tunes having a BBQ with a few chilled Dark Fruits before BB starts :clap1:

NO HEATING BILLS. :D

More daylight

People smiling.

The sun shining.

Freshly cut grass.

* One's day doesn't end at 3.30pm. :p

I don't have a big appetite so I eat less and lighter food.

Yes people are happier when the sun is out :flutter:

And Big Brother is on. :p

Walking the dogs down the fields for hours instead of having to walk them for half an hour round the village :love:

Drinking in the afternoon :clap1:

Waking up and you can see the sun creep through the curtains/blinds :flutter:

Though i do get Olympics/Commonwealth Games/World Cup/Euros on some years

Everyone seems a bit happier when it's sunny

BBQs, drinks in the sun, sunny walks and beach parties

..........butterflies....arriving home with a clean dog...........free fruit...

.........camping.....................chilled beer in the sun

an end to the seasonal affective disorder, I suffer badly in winter months. Sunshine makes me feel so much happier as I know it does many.

100% I'm certainly living in the wrong country :laugh:
