BBCAN5: Backwards week explained

Quote:

BACKWARDS WEEK, EXPLAINED

Mar 29

The BBCAN Odyssey has hit a wrinkle in time and this week will be played entirely in reverse! One houseguest will still be evicted in next week’s live eviction, just in a very different way. Here is how backwards week will play out:

Thursday, March 30th

At the end of the live eviction show the houseguests will find out that this shockwave will bend time and space, and that this week will start where a normal week would end - with 2 people on the block. That means it's nomination time, and the house will decide the two nominees who will go up on the block.

Monday, April 3rd

Arisa will host a nomination ceremony in which she will reveal the houseguest’s nominees. Following the nomination ceremony, the houseguests will play for the POV. If the POV is used, the house will vote on the replacement nominee.

Wednesday April 5th

In this episode, the final nominees will be named, and the houseguests (minus the final 2 nominees and the outgoing HOH) will battle for the head of household.

Thursday April 6th

In the conclusion to Backwards Week, the HOH will cast the sole vote to evict at the live eviction.

The house guests will be informed just prior to the HOH comp that the winner of the comp will have the sole vote to evict in the live eviction show next Thursday
Lock in and get ready for a ride through time! Tune in Monday at 9 ET/PT to find out who the houseguests will nominate.

So the 6 alliance decide

This is a god damn mess

Jack_ 31-03-2017 01:13 AM

I mean it's creative but...I don't really support sole vote evictions with thirteen people in the house :umm2: that's probably more unfair a twist than the Instant Eviction?

*Mess Week

Bruno, Sindy & Kevin (although I'm not sure if I should continue pairing him with Bruno/Sindy) are safe another week. :clap1:

(watch me jinx it somehow)

But the 6 also have Dillon & Emily on their side. I can't see a scenario where anyone from the 6 ends up on the block this week.

I just hope Dre goes and not Gary or someone like Jackie.

Jack_ 31-03-2017 01:19 AM

In what week other than at F4/F3 does the HoH cast the only vote to evict?

In what regular week do the houseguests vote to evict two people?

This isn't even Backwards lol

JerseyWins 31-03-2017 01:20 AM

:joker: It's twisted. And BBCAN loves its twists. :fan:

Calderyon 31-03-2017 01:21 AM

Probable scenario:

Dillon noms Dre and William
Dre noms Bruno and Kevin
Jackie noms Karen and Gary
Emily noms Dre and Gary
Karen noms Jackie and Kevin
Demetres noms Dre and William
William noms Dillon and Emily
Ika noms Dre and William
Kevin noms Dre and Gary
Neda noms Dre and Gary
Sindy noms Dre and Gary
Bruno noms Dre and Gary
Gary noms Bruno and Kevin

Dre and Gary nominated

Gary´ll might win veto

Someone comes off:

Dillon noms William
Dre noms Bruno
Jackie noms Karen
Emily noms William
Karen noms Jackie
Demetres noms William
William noms Bruno
Ika noms William
Kevin noms William
Neda noms William
Sindy noms William
Bruno noms William
Gary noms Bruno

Therefore the final nominees could be:

Dre and William

William goes

Then again people might try to play safe and go for Karen.

Basically someone from the minority will leave regardless of who wins the comps, since even the renom is decided by the house

So you could end up in a situation where the person who wins HoH has no choice but to vote out an ally :umm2:

yeah this twist is awful and is just feeding into the majority taking over early. Not sure why they've chosen to do it when their most entertaining houseguests are currently the targets.

Tregard 31-03-2017 09:27 AM

I'd be fine with this if the POV could choose nominee, but the way it currently works means that the 6 have complete control

DrunkerThanMoses 31-03-2017 12:53 PM

I dont mind this twist tbh, Dre has become a bit of a disappointment lately, so I dont care if she goes.

Backwards week is just awful. Not very well thought out. Sole vote to evict!? Wth is going on here? And don't get me started on the slop competition! Grown adults acting like mean teenagers. Way to promote bullying BB! So surprised at Neda...She needs to go!
