I detest ironing so I don't. I've even been known to pay someone to do my ironing :omgno:

I don't mind it. Tend to only iron the kids school stuff and things like shirts, though. I wouldn't bother ironing most things...

Jamie89 22-04-2017 06:51 PM

Hardly ever, sometimes I'll iron a shirt if it really needs it but mostly no. One of my friends irons everything, underwear, bed sheets etc  I find it so strange.

As little as possible. Because I hate it so much I tend to do things as I need them unlike my mother who used to spend every Sunday evening ironing. I just can't do that - I would lose my mind.

Yeah,I like it actually, find it relaxing and I am extremely fussy that no creases are in my shirts.

Cal. 22-04-2017 08:37 PM

I'll iron the odd time if I'm going out but other than that - no!

I do love the smell though.

Glenn. 22-04-2017 08:46 PM

Just finished ironing

Glenn. 22-04-2017 08:46 PM

I hated every second of it. Gonna look for someone I can pay to do it

smudgie 22-04-2017 09:24 PM

Not very eco friendly I know, but I tumble.
Very Smudgie friendly, means I only have bed linen to iron.

mizzy25 22-04-2017 09:35 PM

Re: do you iron

Hardly ever if I can help it. I do own an ironing board and iron, but that's as far as it goes, they are probably antiques now.

Josy 24-04-2017 06:34 AM

No I detest it, in fact I threw my iron out years ago and haven't ever have the need for it.

Always remember my mum standing every night ironing for hours, even curtains, bed sheets, underwear etc.

I have no time for that carry on.

ebandit 24-04-2017 07:26 AM

..............exactly! what are people trying to prove.......................

hating the experience but still carrying on

..........for those who feel the need to iron bed linen...........if ya did not would the

difference really be noticed? if it was how long until ya accepted the change?

 Too right

AnnieK 24-04-2017 09:15 AM

I honestly don't mind ironing. I tend to stand and watch TV whilst doing it and just get it done. It's putting it away after I've ironed it that pisses me off

Kizzy 24-04-2017 09:24 AM

Nope. life is too short I just use a lot of fabric softener and hang things up dampish on the curtain pole over the radiator

waterhog 24-04-2017 12:32 PM

cnj box was ironed out in Kentish
