Its a shame this case will get little media cover and cops will still ontinue to abuse the power they are given

Seriously, what sort of mindset does it take to do something like this? To actually raise a rifle at a vehicle and start popping off shots with absolutely no idea of what or who you're going to hit?

The uniform does not (or should not) mean you can just blast away willy nilly at a car full of youngsters.
