The eye is a 2.0 version of UK VS USA and also seems weird
 
Never in 18 years has BB ever done the weirdest eye in history! The previous eyes normally have designs and graphics but not images. It also looks very eerie with the lip heads,antena man,duck face,bird scotsman,binman,a girl group and newly weds. It looks like a CBB eye more than a BB one. Has anyone noticed it took inspiration from Lily Allen's album created in 2008 called 'Alright Still' something isnt right here.

Apart from it using a similar technique of collaging, it doesn't actually look similar.
