Voter Apathy around 7million not voting

Today is the last day to register
by midnight.

Many are Young
refuse to vote
which is so wrong

I feel like i've done my part in convincing work colleagues and younger people in my community to vote and teaching them the importance of voting. If all of the 18 to 24 year olds that are currently voting use some time to passionately express the importance of voting than this election would end differently to how i fear it will end come the 8th of June.

................i can foresee turn out being rather low for the coming 'non event'

2 million more registered to vote this election last I heard, which isn't too bad

I never have to register.Voting card came last week.

This really might ruin the torys chance, I say to be fair, when the final results come in, the 7 million should be shared between the tory candidates and added to their totals.

You would have registered at some point though, the letter that is delivered through the door (or used to be) and then they would come and pick it up to confirm those over 18 who lived in the house, lets face it your Mrs probably dealt with it :hee: if you ever move you have to re register and this makes up a significant number of the 7 mill unregistered

Will never understand why so many people don't vote
If you say you don't know enough about the parties just quickly educate yourself by reading the manifestos

Thats no good

It amazes me that such a significant number of people don't vote. I know so many people, even those who don't care or know much about politics, who vote. Honestly, only one close friend of mine has admitted to not voting, and I have convinced her to this year.
