I don't really like it plain but have liked things with garlic mayo & chili mayo on them.

Salad cream

Original mayo on sandwiches and stuff. Other than that VILE.

I never knew mustard mayo was a thing and I'm a little confused by the concept

Normal for a Burger or Garlic Mayo on a Kebab.

Garlic or chilli/spicy

Chipotle mayo or just regular mayo but I've been laying off the mayo for a while once I realized exactly how much fat it has. It doesn't enhance the flavor of things that much to be worth it IMO.
