As trivial a matter as it may seem, it was still an act of aggression on her part, so rightly deserved in my opinion.

her warning isn't because she spit, its because she hit his hat off his head

this is the THIRD TIME SHE HAS come into someones personal space, first she threw the slippers at deborah, then put the bag over suhk and now she went up to him and hit his hat off his head because he didn't tell her she was ''pretty and talked about her lips '''

I don't know what the rules are on verbal aggression. But I'm not sure whether I would deem it as "threatening" as that would imply he suggested actually doing something, which he didn't.
