When people don't want to speak to certain people, they pretend to not speak English.. so they don't have to talk to said person.

Nice bump. But yeah, my neighbours are Polish and they don't understand English when the School Inspector bloke comes round because their kids aren't at school. Or when the Police go round there to do with rows and noise in the middle of the night. :joker:
