Why?

I love Chanelle and loathe Bear because he was deliberately malicious and scummy and enjoyed people being over-emotional and self-destructing, it being his horrible act for an entire month. Chanelle has more to her than just egg dropping and has a versatile and optimistic personality about things.

Because Chanelle doesn't feel forced or malicious, nor is she getting involved in a tired showmance whilst she's in a relationship on the outside. Not difficult to see the clear differences between the two.

Disliked Bear intensely...he dished it but couldn't take it and he got personal then tried to pass it off as banter.
Chanelle isn't any where near as bad but she is trying to emulate him with her pranks.
I think I would like Chanelle more if she wasn't such a chav and didn't talk utter filth.

I'm not overly mad on either tbh.

I do appreciate them as big characters though.

Chanelle doesn't seem to be doing it to be mean, whereas Bear did. I couldn't stand him. I didn't really like Chanelle much at the beginning of this series but she's grown on me.

I like both but they're nothing alike personality wise, I feel like you're reaching.

Chanelle is probably my favourite in there with Raph. She doesn't take herself too seriously like the popular crew and she's funny. Hated her on launch night, but I adore her now. Thank god she's in there or I would stop watching.

Idg the comparison at all, Chanelle is not like Bear, he was calculated and nasty. Our Chan is simply having a bit of a laugh, we've seen many more different, caring sides to her to (unlike we saw with Bear)

Yes, she's having fun. Funny how when Lotan and co do pranks it's hilarious, but when the others of it it's frowned upon :think::think:

yes, celebrating a failure of the education system is not really a thing to aspire to

as is celebrating a woman who has altered her looks and body based on a false perception of what she thinks will get her a suitable partner

Chanelle is the only one to provide entertainment in there. So she must stay.

Of course not. All the gutter humour, shaking her fake ass and boobs everywhere, the fake friendship with the gay one, the unoriginal food destroying, the cringey positive group speeches etc.. it's all so natural. I don't know how anyone could view her as anything but an awe-inspiring HM.

I adored him ,and Chan isn't in his league, she does make me laugh (and cringe in equal numbers) but she will never be fit to tie Bears shoes ,he was a god :worship:

I dont ever remember seeing Bear pissing in the pool or asking anyone to smell his farts. I know he got involved in some food fights but he didnt feel the need to cause mayhem behind peoples backs. Chanelle lies, sneaks behind backs to do the dirty deeds, she lies her head off and need to go from BB to botched bodies for her next gig.
