Is this the best eviction show in, well, years?
 

For once I haven't been on here during the episode because I've been transfixed.

Emma's Davina-esq intro, no "woop woops", the crowd (eventually) playing along with the twist, BB not telling the housemates about the eviction ("surprise" evictions nowadays still involve them being told before the live show), the perfect blend of drama and fun (Lotan aside).. Dunno, just feels old school

Emma's intro was the only good thing but the surprise was ruined after the chants and it was pointless telling them to be quiet when they already heard. The highlight show was awful too. So no

It's the most tense eviction in a while imo

I thought it was about to be when Emma did the opening, and then they cheered and it went downhill

In actual fact this is one of the most embarrassing hours of a television production I've watched for some time

Well, it was ruined very easily by one big problem

It felt like an unorganised mess. Trying to be a surprise but still letting the crowd cheer and eventually annoucing it to the house.

If they had kept the crowd quiet the whole show instead of just at the end when the cat was already out of the bag it would have been brilliant. Seeing their faces as they wouldn't have expected it at all. Nothing will ever beat charlies fake eviction when she came out to complete silence.

I think tomorrows episode where we see them getting slowly suspicious will be fun to watch tbf. Tonight was messy.
