Tbf she did injure herself on an egg that was put there deliberately that BB left for someone to slip on. However, I would have thought it would be BB that she sued in this instance, not Chanelle.

BB would be liable for any property related issues, but they are not accountable for a stupid individuals behaviour. Hope she does sue tbh, Chanelle needs to take responsibility for her own actions.

Yeah but this is actually partly BBs fault. They saw Chanelle being a tit and doing stuff that could be very dangerous and they just left it. They should have told her to sort it like they did with Raph and the butter. I still don't see how purposely making the kitchen a slip hazard is a 'prank' :S

Technically she could sue both BB and Chanelle jointly and severally. However, she might have to prove loss of income - its worth a shot though and it would be fairly easy for her to get representation.
