Qualities of a good housemate?

What do you reckon are the qualities that make a good housemate?

Ive voted for Down to earth

I voted for Funny...although the eccentric one was appealing too, but as amuseing and interesting to watch they can be...they can be bloody annoying too!

I've gone for genuine/honest as they are the qualities I like best in a person.

Ditto - anything else comes across as if the housemate is trying a bit too hard. At the end of the day, you want to feel like you know the person you are voting for and that they could be your friend if you knew them.
