Yeah, but it wasn't his fault. He done what any friend would do when two friends are being awkward with each other.

He did it deliberately so we now see he will even throw his mates under a bus for airtime pretending to be the mediator when in fact he is laying a seed of dissent between them

Hm i voted no but arguably he did. At the same time, he could have made it better, because Hannah thought Chanelle meant it badly while Chanelle meant it as banter, so there would have been tension of Hannah's side which would have been built up and possibly erupted into a worse situation. It would have had to be addressed sometime, and Raph tried to address it before it erupted

He made it loads worse than it would've been if he had stayed out of it, but I don't think he meaned to do it
