Are we absolutely sure that people whom the task winners choose to take into The Void also get to nominate? Because when Hannah won and chose Deborah, Marcus only said that Hannah would be entitled to nominate. It was only when Deborah won the next task that he said she'd also get to

Otherwise Deborah wouldn't have been in the 2nd task to win it, let alone pick her sister (already with noms) to accompany her.
