Questions regarding postage

So I sent off an A4 size envelope with a small 2nd class stamp on it? Is that okay?

I put it the posit box and had to fold it a bit to get it in.

I'm worried I've done something wrong.

It should be fine unless like it has heavy stuff in it which I think you need to do in a post office
Either way if you put a return address on it it should be fine

T* 07-07-2017 12:13 AM

Oh maybe not?

Yeah it's not heavy, it's 10 pieces of paper. Oop I didn't put a return address.

Who accepts application by post these days :skull:

hijaxers 07-07-2017 07:31 AM

That comes into Large letter size and it is more postage, so unless the other end are prepared to pay it will get 'killed off' sadly , you really should have put your return address on the back. (My partner is a postie)

Next time get a Large letter stamp in the post office.

Josy 07-07-2017 09:15 AM

That should a been weighed

You had to signs lots of things and attach photos so printing it off was the best option.

Will. 07-07-2017 10:50 AM

I'll go and see if it's been emptied

They are not permitted to give it back once posted ! You made a schoolboy error here sorry but you'll just have to start again.

Sal84 07-07-2017 02:23 PM

They changed it about 10 years ago so you needed different stamps for different sized envelopes.
