I've been scammed!
 

I sold something through eBay and my Paypal account held it for 7 days and now I tried to withdraw and it says it's going to take another 3 days for "security check" BISH that's BS they could've done those checks in the 7 days it was held I remember they used to release the money within 2 hours now they keep MY money so that they can make interest plus I'm poor so idk what to do.

I have the opposite happening on e bay, i bought something on 17th June and the money still been pending in my pay pal a/c since, thats 3 wks tomorrow !
Have you not been selling long ? cos i checked my seller and they have 98* so i don't see why they are holding this money back.
Trying to contact pay pal or e bay on these things is difficult but try live help on e bay , they do own pay pal.
Hope you get your money soon.

Oh also check your buyer has done their feedback if not ask them to , that could be reason.

I added tracking they had their item 9am next day they gave me great feedback I have 100% sold something for £1300 a few months back money went in within 2 hours idk what the problem is apparently they keep money to make money off of it.

call ebay and ask them, its not hard to do

To add insult to injury I phoned them this morning and they said they would speed it up and I would have it in my bank tomorrow morning. So I logged on just now and it shows that the transfer to my bank has been cancelled and the money is back in my Paypal account. I called up Paypal again to see why they have done this and the apparently the woman this morning "shouldn't have done that". FOOKIN FUMING

PayPal have been playing up recently. I cannot add banks accounts to create direct debits, and all sorts. They must have bought a load of cheap computers off Ebay or something.

They said it's my banks fault, I rang the bank there was no problem. Paypal are full of ****
