Cliques in the house

Everyone keeps going on about the outsiders and the popular gang and Raph still does in the house yet I've noticed since tonight, that's changed. We still have the 'popular group' of Kieran, Tom, Charlotte, Ellie and Sam. Then who i now call the 'mean group' of Chanelle, Raph, Isabelle and Andrew and the outsiders of Simone, Sue, Hannah and Deborah. We've seen all of the mean group come for Simone and is excluding her quite a bit and Sue as well actually. They just seem hell bent on negativity and bitching all the time. And does Raph ever come out of bed, or even get out thorn cottage.
But anyway just what I've noticed in the past few days

The only real clique in there now is Raph Chanelle and Isabelle...with Sue trying to be part of it.

I think she's firmly with Simone, but she has a lot in common with Raph especially being mega fans of the show. I would put Andrew in there as well. They all seem up each other

Sue has been siding with Chanelle over Simone.
Chanelle and Isabelle blatantly lied about Simone...Simone never said she would pee in a cup...she merely said it would be a funny prank to play.

I do remember her saying that it would be a funny prank, but she never said she had the intentions of doing so. But barely nobody believes her unfortunately

Imo clear main clique :
Clique 1 are Kieran, Tom, Charlotte, Ellie
Clique 2 are Chanelle, Raph, Hannah, Deborah
They just wont nominate anyone who is part of their clique
The rest are pretty much slide in between them

Littlegreen 10-07-2017 09:38 AM

I don't think we as viewers even see enough to work out the groups. Previously it was more obvious, now a lot of 'em overlap.

- Raph/Chanelle/Isabelle are really close so they would be one.
- The "groovy gang" Charlotte/Ellie/Kieran/Tom is another.

Then you have floaters. The sisters have each other so they tend to not side with anybody.

Raph was desperate to separate the house from the get go, and to name his gang the "outsiders" so to make people think they were the underdogs, slowly his gang have left him

I actually haven't heard Raph talk about cliques or house divides in ages. Since Lotan left the divide has lessened alot

He didn't purposely do it, Raph was close to Arthur at the start and because of that he ended up separated. - Joe said himself his issues with Raph started due to their pairing.

The clique group was a superficial mess, so calling the others "Exiles/Outsiders" makes perfect sense.

They were talking about the BB "family".

It wasn't about divides, it was about the second-chancers trying to get in with certain "family" members.

Oh yeah i remember that, I didn't see that as a conversation about cliques as such though just groups of friends, they all seem to get on well enough now

I'd say it was tbh, he was just referring to each group as a different "family" rather than using the word cliques etc. It was definitely reinforcing the idea that there are two separate sides of he house though (even though the divide doesn't seem half as apparent nowadays).

Well it's not really a lie though, there are two different groups but it's less cliquey now and it's more like just groups of friends. Lotan seemed to be the driving force behind the clique era

Maybe. But if we can see them, then why wouldn't they - they live in them! :joker:
