They aren’t. LI is giving ITV2 some of its highest viewers ever, so why would they move it to the main channel? It doesn’t make sense.

Sorry if my comment came across bitchy, it really wasn't meant to be! I also spoke to someone close to ITV and a few other people and they made it clear there was no plan to take Love Island away from ITV2 :)

Also, it's not the end of the world - one Saturday in BB16 got 640k!
