Based on the most recent nominations and who they aren't as close to I'd say something like this (providing Andrew is eligible to vote and can't be voted)

Andrew will be nominated by everyone for "not an original" reasons, and then the rest:

Isabelle gets picked because "Not an original" by Kieran, and Tom and Charlotte follow.
Tom gets picked by Raph and Isabelle
Charlotte gets picked by Deborah and Hannah
